Welcome to Immenstadt – our home in the Allgäu. Here, between Lake Alpsee and the Nagelfluhkette mountains, we rent out three holiday apartments: the spacious Alpin Loft for up to six guests, Alpsee Panorama with a balcony overlooking the lake, and the cosy Maisonette Stüble on two levels. Alpin Loft and Maisonette Stüble are right in the town centre, Alpsee Panorama is close to the centre towards the lake – with a view of the water and about five minutes from the shore. All three are modern and have their own parking space.
You book your holiday apartment directly with us – without a booking portal and without booking fees. Confirmation is instant, and you receive the access code for self check-in before you arrive. So you can arrive whenever it suits you, early in the afternoon or late in the evening. And if you need anything during your stay, we are available around the clock.
Right on the doorstep is one of the most beautiful corners of the Allgäu: Lake Alpsee, the largest natural lake in the region, the Mittag mountain with its chairlift, and a charming old town with cafés and small shops.

From Alpin Loft and Maisonette Stüble it is a five-minute walk to the river Iller and about 15 minutes to the train station – so arriving by train is easy. If you come by car, you park right at the apartment, and at two apartments you can charge your electric car.

Location & getting here
Immenstadt is easy to reach in the heart of the Oberallgäu: via the B19 and B308 roads, and the train station connects the town with the whole Allgäu. From our apartments in the centre it is about 15 minutes on foot.
By car you reach Blaichach in about ten minutes, Sonthofen in just over a quarter of an hour and Oberstdorf or Oberstaufen in about half an hour. All three apartments come with their own parking space, and two have a charging station for your electric car.
