Alpsee Panorama – holiday apartment with lake view in Immenstadt

The Alpsee Panorama holiday apartment offers 53 m² of space for up to four guests. The highlight is the balcony with a wonderful view of Lake Alpsee and the Allgäu mountains – ideal for couples, small families or friends.

The cosy living area has a dining table for four, live TV and Netflix in HD, Wi-Fi, a fan and a sofa bed for two. The open kitchen adjoins the living area and has a hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender and tea accessories. Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided.

Through an external provider, our guests can also use a bread roll delivery service and have fresh rolls delivered in the morning.

The separate bedroom has a double bed (160 × 200 cm). Together with the sofa bed (160 × 200 cm), the apartment sleeps up to four guests.

From the balcony you enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Alpsee and the mountains. Balcony furniture with seating for four and a barbecue grill invite you to have breakfast, eat together and relax.

The apartment also has a washing machine, clothes drying rack, hairdryer, soap and shower gel, a lockable bike storage room and a parking space. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available free of charge on request.

The apartment is in an elevated position on a steep hill – this is what gives you the special panoramic view of Lake Alpsee and the Allgäu mountains. The way up to the apartment is correspondingly steep.

The apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift. Lake Alpsee and plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling and excursions are close by.
