Maisonette Stüble – holiday apartment in the centre of Immenstadt

The Maisonette Stüble offers approx. 50 m² on two levels for up to four guests. Lots of wood and the maisonette style give it a cosy, rustic Allgäu character. The apartment is ideal for couples, small families or friends – dogs are very welcome too. Wi-Fi, central heating, a free parking space for one car and an EV charging station are available.

The living area has a dining table for four, live TV and Netflix in HD and a comfortable sofa bed for two. The compact kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle, blender and tea set. Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils as well as spices, oil and vinegar are also provided.

Through an external provider, our guests can also use a bread roll delivery service and have fresh rolls delivered in the morning.

A wooden staircase leads up to the sleeping area on the upper level. The bedroom sits cosily under the sloping roof and is finished with lots of wood. It has a double bed (180 × 200 cm). Together with the sofa bed (140 × 200 cm), the apartment sleeps up to four guests.

The apartment has a terrace with a dining table for four, a parasol, two deckchairs and a barbecue grill. Please note: the terrace is also the way through to our own apartment as the owners, so it is not completely private.

Further amenities include a washer-dryer, clothes drying rack, hairdryer, soap and shower gel, and a lockable bike storage room. A baby cot and high chair are available free of charge on request.

The Maisonette Stüble is located on the edge of Immenstadt – ideal for bike rides, hikes and excursions in the Allgäu. A cycle street runs right in front of the house. Because of the convenient location, traffic may be audible depending on the time of day.
