Alpin Loft – holiday apartment in the centre of Immenstadt

The newly renovated Alpin Loft offers 60 m² of space for up to six guests and is ideal for families, friends or two couples. Underfloor heating in all rooms, free Wi-Fi, a free parking space for one car right at the house and an EV charging station add extra comfort.

The spacious living area has a dining table for six, live TV and Netflix in HD, and a sofa that can be used as a bed for two. Right next to it is the indoor balcony with a large sliding window – bright and sheltered from the weather.

The kitchen has a hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle, blender and tea set, as well as crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Spices, oil and vinegar are also provided.

Through an external provider, our guests can also use a bread roll delivery service and have fresh rolls delivered in the morning.

The bedroom has a double bed (180 × 200 cm) and a glass partition to the living area that can be darkened. On the upper level there are two single beds (90 × 190 cm each); the ceiling height there is approx. 1.60 m. The sofa bed (140 × 200 cm) in the living area provides two more sleeping places.

The apartment comes with a washer-dryer, clothes drying rack, hairdryer, soap and shower gel. A coat area offers space for jackets and for storing skis or bikes. There is also a lockable bike storage room. For families we provide a baby cot and a high chair free of charge on request.

The Alpin Loft is a good base for excursions in the Allgäu. A cycle street runs right in front of the house. Because of the convenient location, traffic may be audible depending on the time of day – ideal for guests looking for easily accessible accommodation who do not necessarily expect complete quiet.
