This website does not use any tracking, marketing or analytics cookies without your consent. The only technically necessary cookies are those of our payment service provider Stripe on the booking page (see below). To measure the success of our Google Ads campaigns, we display a cookie banner through which you can consent to or refuse the use of such cookies.
Reach measurement without cookies (Umami). For anonymous reach measurement we use Umami – an analytics software that we operate ourselves on our own server. Umami works entirely without cookies and without storing personal data; the data collected remains with us and is not transmitted to third parties. Only with your consent in the banner does Umami additionally record the course of your visit (session recording); form entries are masked and payment fields are not recorded. The recording does not set cookies either. You can withdraw via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Payment (Stripe). When you pay on the booking page, your browser loads the payment form of Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland). Stripe sets technically necessary cookies such as __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid, which serve to prevent fraud and ensure secure payment (§ 25 (2) TDDDG). These are not advertising cookies. Details can be found in our privacy policy.
Google Ads conversion tracking. To measure the success of our ads, we use Google Ads (googletagmanager.com, googleadservices.com), which may set cookies such as _gcl_au or similar identifiers. These cookies are disabled by default (Google Consent Mode v2, default setting “denied”) and are only set when you click “Accept” in the cookie banner (§ 25 (1) TDDDG). You can withdraw or renew your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” button in the footer of our website.
OpenAI Ads conversion tracking. To measure the success of our ads with OpenAI (e.g. in ChatGPT), we use the OpenAI Ads pixel (bzrcdn.openai.com), which may store cookies or comparable identifiers. It is only loaded when you click “Accept” in the cookie banner (§ 25 (1) TDDDG) and only reports whether a booking was completed. You can also withdraw this consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Heatmaps and session recording (UXWizz). With your consent in the banner, we load UXWizz, which we operate ourselves on our own server (uxwizz.pabst-andreas.de). It stores an identifier in cookies or in your browser’s local storage, creates heatmaps and records the course of your visit. Form entries are masked. Without consent, UXWizz is not loaded; you can withdraw via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Origin of your visit. With your consent in the banner, we remember in your browser’s local storage (entry al_attr) how you first came to us (referring domain, campaign parameters, landing page) so that we can also attribute a later booking to the right ad or source. The entry does not contain any personal data. Without consent, we do not store any of this on your device.
Your cookie choice. Whether you accepted or declined in the banner is stored in your browser’s local storage so that the banner does not appear again on every visit. This information does not leave your device.
Should further embedded third-party services (e.g. a map or a video) that use cookies or comparable technologies be used in future, we will inform you separately here and – where necessary – obtain your consent in advance.
